Shivangini "Soni" Tripathi is a technology executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience delivering complex, mission-critical solutions across enterprise IT and telecommunications.
Before founding Kendrit Consulting Group, Soni built her career at Verizon Wireless and AT&T, where she supported Fortune 100 organizations and led and supported large-scale national programs. Her experience focused on driving operational efficiency, supporting system modernization efforts, and delivering results in high-demand, fast-paced environments.
What sets Soni apart is her unique combination of corporate experience and entrepreneurial execution. While building her career in IT and telecommunications, she simultaneously owned and operated multiple businesses for more than two decades, including franchise and retail ventures. This dual perspective—professional and business owner—shapes Kendrit’s approach: accountable, execution-focused, and grounded in real-world experience.
Since launching Kendrit in 2018, she has grown the firm into a trusted partner to federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration. Under her leadership, Kendrit delivers practical, scalable consulting solutions aligned to mission objectives and measurable outcomes.
Soni holds a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, completed graduate studies in Information Technology at Stevens Institute of Technology, and earned a Project Management certification from Rutgers University. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and advancing women in technology and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and travel.
