Soni began her career in telecommunications at the dawn of the internet era, working with enterprise clients to deliver digital services when transformation was just beginning. Alongside her work in technology, she successfully owned and operated a retail business for 22 years—an entrepreneurial journey that gave her deep operational insight and a rare customer-first perspective. Since founding Kendrit in 2018, Soni has led the company to become a trusted partner for federal agencies and enterprise clients, specializing in cloud migration, IT modernization, and strategic staffing.
